Where is my order?
Your order can be in various places … in our warehouse, waiting to be shipped, in transit with the courier, or delivered. First you need to check if you have received the shipment notification e-mail. If so, then the order is in transit. If you do not have a shipment notification e-mail (remember to check your spam folder), your order is still in stock. When you receive your shipment notification email you can check where it is by clicking on the link provided in the email.
The order number can be found by logging into your account and browsing the ‘Order history’
Is it possible to change an order?
We’re sorry, but we don’t offer replacements. Return the item and place a new order. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your unwanted items.
I have received a defective product, what do I do?
We are very sorry that you have received an item that is not in perfect condition. To allow us to resolve this issue, please access the Contact section.
To help us resolve this as soon as possible, please make sure you include the following information when contacting us for the first time:
– Your name
– Order number
– Product name and code
– Picture of the defect
– Description of the defect
(The name and product code can be found in the confirmation e-mail).
If you contact us with the ‘Contact Us’ form, prepare an image of the defective item for when you will receive a reply, because you will not be able to attach the image to the form
Item is sold out?
Too late, there are no more. Woablo is a rapidly evolving trending item retailer and keeping up with the latest trends is our passion. This means that sometimes our best-selling items may run out and we usually don’t plan to offer them again. The good news is that if you take a look from time to time, some of our best items reappear. Customer service agents won’t know if a product will be repurposed or not, you’ll see it first.
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Import Taxes?
Depending on the value of your order, your Woablo package may be subject to customs or import charges
If the package is subject to charges, those costs are the responsibility of the recipient of the shipment.
Unfortunately, these charges are beyond Woablo’s control and vary greatly from country to country, so we are unable to predict the charges applicable to your specific case.
For more accurate information, we recommend that you contact the customs office in your region in order to avoid surprises if you are charged with unforeseen expenses at your expense.
