Promotions and Discounts
We know that a good deal is always tempting, which is why we often offer fantastic promotions on our website. But remember, you will have to enter the discount / promotional code at the time of payment as it will not be possible to apply it later.
Having trouble using your discount? There could be various reasons:
– Oh no, you’re late! That code may have expired because our offers are limited time.
– Are you trying to use two codes? Sly! We like to offer you discounts, but you can only use one discount per order.
– Check for typos. It happens to everyone, make sure you haven’t made any typos in the rush to get the discount. Relax and enter it again.
If you receive any error messages during a payment, first make sure you have entered the correct data by carefully checking all the information. Contact your credit institution to make sure there are no problems with the card. Then, fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form on this page to send us the information and we will check what happened. To help us resolve this situation, we ask you to include as many details as possible (don’t worry if you don’t have a lot of technical knowledge or don’t know how to answer, just provide as much information as you can):
– The type of operating system you use (e.g. iOS, Android, Windows Vista, Mac OS X)
– Which browser you are using or if you are on our App (eg Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
– Which payment method were you trying to use (eg bank transfer, Visa)
– A description of the problem and what time it occurred
– If you get an error message, be sure to include it in your message
If your credit or debit card is not accepted or if the transfer is refused, contact the card issuing body or your bank for more information.
